Renter Qualifications

Valid US or valid country license must be provided at time of pick up. International license must accompany valid country license and passport, all with matching names. Based on the date if the entry stamp, International renters will be allowed to rent a vehicle for up to 14 days. Minimum age to rent is 21. Please be sure to send a copy of your insurance declaration page with you at the time of rental. Vehicle must be fully covered with proof of insurance shown at the time of rental, whether by renter's own policy, or by a CDW purchased at our website. Cars must be returned with the same amount of gas as when they were first rented, or the customer will pay $100 fee plus gas amount. Vehicles are only permitted to be driven in the state of Florida. Extra day rate varies from $40.00-$150.00 per day. All rental cars are nonsmoking vehicles. Our policy prohibits guests their
passengers from smoking. A cleaning fee of $250 may be applied to the cost of a rental, should this non-
smoking policy be violated.Please note these fees are subject to change at any time and will also vary on car class, season, and other rental requirements.

We require a minimum $200 of deposit on all rentals. On a prepaid reservation, we will collect the deposit at the time of the rental confirmation, and will refund the deposit at the completion of the rental.

Cancelation:
THERE ARE NO CANCELLATIONS. IF FLIGHTS DELAYED, WHEN FLIGHT DETAILS ARE PROVIDED, WE WILL HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR UP 2 HOURS AFTER FLIGHT ARRIVAL. AFTER THE 2 HOUR WINDOW, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO SHOW AND WE MAY OR MAY NOT BE ABLE TO HONOR YOUR RESERVATION DEPENDING UPON AVAILABILITY. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY CONTRACT TERMINATION.

Payment Info

LUXURY RENTAL CAR ACCEPTS ONLY THE FOLLOWING METHODS OF PAYMENT- DEBIT CARDS AND MAJOR CREDIT CARDS INCLUDING VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, DC, JCB, AND EURO CARD. AT OUR WEBSITE BEFORE VEHICLE PICKUP. WE REQUIRE A RANGE OF $200.00-$300.00 DEPOSIT ON ALL RENTALS DEPENDING ON THE FORM OF PAYMENT. ON A PREPAID RESERVATION WE WILL COLLECT THE DEPOSIT AND WILL REFUND THE DEPOSIT AT THE COMPLETION OF THE RENTAL. CASH IS NOT HONORED NOR ACCEPTED FOR ANY PART OF THE RENTAL. INSURANCE IS MANDATORY ON ALL VEHICLE RENTALS. CUSTOMERS WISHING TO EXTEND THEIR RENTALS WILL PAY AN EXTENSION FEE RANGING BETWEEN $40.00- $150.00 PER DAY DEPENDING ON THE CLASS OF VEHICLE RENTED.

Collision Damage Waiver

Coverage provided by 3rd party carriers may be acceptable if the policy has been prepaid for a minimum of 30 days from the date of the rental and will provide collision and comprehensive insurance benefits to cover the rented vehicle

CDW is $8 per day. CDW is a product that limits the renter's financial responsibility for any damages done to the rented vehicle to a maximum deductible that varies by vehicle type. Insurance required coverage - purchase of CDW may be mandatory unless the renter can provide proof of insurance for loss or damage to the rented vehicles that is valid in the state of Florida. Insurance from outside the US including Puerto Rico and credit card insurance is not acceptable. Local/Florida renters must show acceptable proof of auto liability and physical damage insurance coverage or purchase our CDW. Acceptable proof of insurance must include the name and address of the insurer and the policy and the required coverage. If a customer cannot provide acceptable proof of insurance then they will be required to purchase our coverage in order to rent the vehicle.

Drivers

Additional driver there’s no fee. Drivers 21-24 are welcome, no extra fee.
